This place suits me perfectly! The staff helped me once with my forgotten headphones. I love the strong WiFi, 24-hour reception, and comfortable air conditioning. Great experience. I'm coming back for Xmas!

Charming Stay with Fantastic Support!

Andrea at the front desk was attentive, we had excellent dining reservations. The breakfast spread was good. Don't miss the nearby shops-perfect for leisurely strolls and local finds!

I was thrilled to get an upgrade to an executive room, and the spacious layout with those charming sloping ceilings. The spa and gym were excellent spots for unwinding after exploring. While I wish there had been a kettle for tea, the comfy bed and great breakfast more than made up for it ☕️

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly menu options at breakfast.

The view of the cathedral from the window was amazing. Space was tight, but that's typical for European hotels. Everything was clean, and the staff kept it tidy daily. It was a nice mix of historic charm and modern comfort.

It was a proper fit for strolling around in Strasbourg with very good value for money. The staff were so kind and helpful . For anyone driving in, double-check parking options before arriving to avoid confusion.
